He asked questions about my comfort preferences, responded to all my questions, and he provided his proposal. On the day of work, everything went smoothly. The install technician reviewed the product materials with me before leaving. Workers hauled away all old equipment debris. "Since this is my first home, I want to really understand how everything works. He explained what he would be checking for and generally how my system worked. He spent about half an hour inside looking at the furnace and about 20 minutes outside looking at the unit. He replaced my filters, which were filthy (I supplied my own new filter, they do not supply filters), tightened some connections that were loose, and ensured that everything was running smoothly. No complaints with this service call. The deal I purchased includes a check-up in the winter too, so I'll gladly call back around October to have them come back. No hidden/extra fees."

They spent a very long time cleaning out our dryer vent which was completely clogged. They showed pictures of what was coming out of the vent. "I called at 6:00 in the evening. The guy said that he would be driving down 95 on his way home.  He offered to stop by and see what the problem was.  He drove down through rush traffic from Montclair.  He was here in about an hour.  He checked the AC. Found a major part had burned out He fixed it temporarily while he got the part.  He was to come back in a day or two to properly make the repairs. He had to wear a plastic covering because it was drizzling rain. He fixed the part, replaced the Freon after fixing the leak. I used the coupon that was on Angie's list to get a discount. They were so great. I will definitely use them again."
